Any changes to these Terms and Conditions or any terms published on Zopoxo will take effect immediately upon release.
As a condition of using this panel, you agree that you will provide accurate and complete information, including your legal Name as per Passport or any other official ID issued by law. Address, Email ID, Contact Number (mobile, direct landline), and you will be solely responsible for the information provided. In the event of any errors or mistakes in the provision of information, Zopoxo Express Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable. You agree to use this panel for appropriate transactions on behalf of yourself or another person for whom you have the legal authority to act. You will inform such individuals about the Terms of Use applicable to the transactions made on their behalf, including all relevant rules and restrictions. You indemnify Zopoxo Express Pvt. Ltd. against any unauthorized or illegal purchases made by you or any other person, whether legally authorized or due to your negligence. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you on this Panel is correct, accurate, updated, and complete.
If you have the User’s Account on the panel, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details, including password, and for supervising their use. You will be entirely responsible for any use or misuse of your User Account by yourself or any other person. Zopoxo Express Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to this Website and the services it offers to anyone at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these terms of use. It is strictly prohibited for you, your partners, and affiliates, directly or indirectly associated with you, to design, scrape, hack, data mine, extract, collect, copy, distribute, trade, modify, sell, or transmit any content or material from this site. This includes but is not limited to any data, search results, text, images, audio, video, or links for any commercial, business, or public purpose. The information and content provided on this panel, including the availability of courier services, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, are proprietary to Zopoxo. The Customer is responsible for understanding all relevant laws, including but not limited to the suitability of items being shipped, packaging requirements, and necessary documentation for shipments, both at the source and delivery destination. The contents of the Shipment must be accurately represented on the Air waybill and other transportation documents on which the Shipment is offered. Zopoxo will bear no responsibility to any party for any loss or expense resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with this provision.
Zopoxo Express Pvt. Ltd., the Shipping Company, or any relevant regulatory authority, including customs and security, reserves the right to open and inspect your shipment at any time. To furnish Zopoxo Express Pvt. Ltd. with a comprehensive list of all essential documentation required for the provision of services. It is the responsibility of the user to inform Zopoxo about the party liable for the applicable duties, i.e., either the Consignee or the Shipper. If the Shipper is the responsible party for duty payment or if the Consignee refuses to pay the duties as communicated at or after the booking of the shipment, Zopoxo shall charge the customer for such additional charges, including an administration fee (a percentage of the duty amount). The customer agrees to remit such duty within 5-7 working days from the date of invoice.
Customers must inform Zopoxo about shipments with either odd dimensions or heavyweight, adhering to special packaging instructions, and additional charges will apply. Such shipments will be processed for pick-up and delivery only upon the due payment of such bookings. All the services available on the panel are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective. Users are requested to refer to, understand, and comply with the standards of service and practices outlined before booking any shipping service with us.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, and it’s important to note that we neither monitor nor have any control or input over these tools. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Your use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). Furthermore, we may, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website, including the release of new tools and resources.
